For counsel and advisors.
Maritime counsel and restructuring advisors regularly encounter aged, disputed, or non-core charge portfolios on behalf of clients. Riffington provides a confidential channel for valuation, liquidity, and resolution where it serves the client's interest.
Riffington does not solicit instructions, retain referring counsel, or accept contingency arrangements. Where a client elects to assign documented charge exposure to the firm, all subsequent proceedings are conducted by Riffington's retained maritime counsel in the relevant jurisdiction. Referring counsel is released from the matter on closing.
Submissions are confidential. The firm does not publish counsel names, client identities, dispute theories, or settlement terms.
